
I've always been reluctant to pay over $20 for one of these at the store, so I did when I saw this one for significantly less. could you do it at home Possibly, but I've found it to be a good tool to use from time to time. The 3 lines help you check your fit (waist, shoulders, eyes) as you look over the ball. Not everyone bets the same way, but I think just opening up the mirror where you put the ball can give feedback. Ideal for checking and slow practice.
