Handy but not entirely hidden

I loaded it with 100 $1 bills, a passport and 6 credit cards. Then I put it on next to my skin on my stomach, with a t-shirt over it. The pouch did not irritate my skin and I wore it for about 3 hours. You can clearly see the rectangular pouch underneath the t-shirt so you will need another shirt/cape/jacket to really hide the bulge. The belt is elastic with a plastic fastener concealed and protected by a cover.
