So far I like this bag. I used to carry a backpack and a lunch box, now everything fits in one bag. The quality is excellent. There may be leaks when it rains but I'll have to wait and see. I'm very tough with my backpacks and so far it's holding up well. I love the pockets and the large open space. I will continue to make this my main tote bag and take it to hell. Right now I see myself getting a second or even a third. Update: I put this bag through hell. abuse and abuse. I knocked the living garbage out of this bag. I love it. This bag held up better than my 150 shoulder bag. If I had to change something I would say it's waterproof and has a sewn-in flap on the inside to protect your gear. Overall I really love this bag. A few small tweaks from the company and this bag would be sick. Lots of space inside and lots of pockets make a dream come true. I am very comfortable on my shoulders and I am 6ft 4" tall and weigh just over 200 pounds. With this bag I can walk all day and just feel good. I use mine as a house bag but I have tested it. The side pockets could also be bigger for water bottles, but that doesn't bother me as I carry water in my bag to avoid exposing it to the sun. Again, I highly recommend this bag. Update: Unfortunately the inner lining of the bag has come loose from where it was sewn on. The exterior is very well preserved. Unfortunately, soon all the food will disappear. I wish the bag held up better, I really liked this product.
