Review on 👜 Cognac FRYE DB181 Melissa Shopper: Perfect Women's Handbags & Wallets by Luciano Filpo

There are some dark black spots on this beautiful Frye leather tote bag (see photo). I expected this bag to have a "shabby" look that has a very nice uniform pattern. Black spots are unacceptable and are not part of the troubled appearance. Where are the quality control measures to ensure that the products shipped are not damaged or defective? This is a very expensive leather case and I am sadly disappointed. I'm torn as to what to do now as I feel the customer service is unreliable and I really don't want to wait much longer to get a replacement/exchange.
