Terrible quality, disappointed with the purchase.

Very disappointed with this seller! After receiving the headphones, I returned the next day. After ~ 5 days, the seller refused to return, I, in turn, turned to  arbitration, which explained the reason for the refusal, again after 3 days! The seller brazenly began to lie about the fact that I did not put the cable in the box, but the seller obviously did not take into account the fact that  asks to take a picture of both the product and the packaging before sending it back, I sent a photo with proof that the cable was in the box and I FINALLY money back! I highly recommend ordering from this seller!

If we talk about these headphones, then this is expectations / reality. I did not expect such bad sound quality from Razer + delay ~ 200ms instead of 40 promised! We also received Headphones with a marriage, one ear works louder! Headphones are purely for music, there is no talk about any games, discord and any actions related to sounds, just sit and listen to music in beautiful headphones, they can’t give anything else!
