They are not a fine point. I am very disappointed. When you press the entire felt paint feeder can fall out. I did with two different pens and lost all the paint in pen One I didn’t lose paint. The paint is on my new $200. Rug. Cheaply made. Poorly made. I guess you could use outside with gloves. My hand is stained bright orange for four days. My rug? And a strong chemical smell. Thank goodness no one smokes
