I think you get what you pay for. This item should be advertised as a toy. Batteries will drain quickly, it won't stop properly when the spool is full, or it will stop before the spool is full. It's very uneven in the way it winds the coils leaving them uneven which drives my machine crazy. I'm sending it back and buying the more industrial version for twice the price. It's okay to try, but it's rubbish. The least they can do is plug in the power supply as there is a connector for it on the back. Or make it USB rechargeable like everything else these days. Wasting batteries isn't cool and I honestly wouldn't buy this at all if I did better reading about it and realized it only requires batteries unless you bought the cable separately. Although it's just a useless product. Such a disappointment.
