Definitely worth the money

I really like this product and highly recommend it. It's the perfect size to hold around 2 loads of laundry at a time, and there's space underneath for large canisters of detergent, as well as fabric softener, dryer sheets and wax pebbles. Even after that, there's still room in the undercarriage, if you will. I live on the 11th floor of my house and do my laundry on the first floor, so it's very convenient that I don't have to lug everything in the bin and exhaust myself. I've already had several compliments from people in my house saying they can buy one too. It is very easy to assemble and also folds up for easy storage. The white lining also slides out for washing. The reason I downgraded it to 4 stars is because one of the wheels kept falling off. I take it in and out in the elevator quite often, so there may be a reason why it keeps shifting. Every time I put the wheel back on I think everything will be fine, but it still comes out. The way it's designed it doesn't look like it will pop out that easily, but it does. And every time I have to put it back on I have to take everything out of the car, remove the basket, turn it upside down and once I've fitted the wheel I just use a hammer to put it back. I did this probably 3 or 4 times (during the first 3-4 weeks of use) before finally buying some crazy glue to keep it from moving again and haven't had any problems since. Maybe I only got short wheels, but that was pretty annoying. I think that the metal basket could also be a bit bent, but that doesn't affect the function. It's really hardly worth mentioning, but I'd like to add it anyway. It doesn't look like it, but when you put it on it's a little crooked until you push it down so it "snaps" into the rails, so to speak. Overall this is a really strong product and I LOVE having it. Would definitely recommend and buy again if needed. UPDATE 2/10/2018: I still love this car. just wanted to make an update by saying I checked in a broken wheel. Or maybe he left me, who's to say? I can definitely recommend the handcart, but don't be surprised if one or more wheels fall off. I've read other reviews and see the same issues with others, so you really just have to decide if you're willing to take the risk.
