Plain and simple: this connector is NOT compatible with my 2020 Kia Soul horn. Since 2020 and newer models share common components, it can be concluded that all 2020-2022 Kia Soul models are not compatible. However, I managed to get it working after cutting off a lot of petals. Just look at the actual horn connector on my car. Here it is, so to speak, "reversed" by this connection. In fact, the side tabs should be facing the top of the connector alongside the other three tabs. Here's how it works in Kia Soul 3 Generation: 1. Cut off both side protrusions that are on each side of the connector. 2.) Cut the LENGTH of the plug (because it's too long) by 1/8 inch. Be sure to make sure the end is straight/flat after cutting. Cut across the entire diameter. 3.) Position the 3 tabs up and gently bend down the metal pins inside the connector with your finger. 4.) Plug the "top" portion of the 3 tab connector into socket N/ I have attached a picture of the front of the horn connector. You should feel it click into place. Be careful when connecting, only hold the horn connector and not the connected wires, they are very thin and fragile. I am very disappointed when 2 weeks ago the seller said they are compatible when I asked the question which just isn't the case. Your answer should be deleted as it is not true.
