Peace and calm: my feedback

Tulsi / Holy Basil has a calming effect, saw it on TV, read about it and here experience it! You will go through the day with a lot more patience. If you are nervious / edgy types, pop 2 of these and chill.They do not sedate you that is the best part. A very nice side effect is that it takes general stress away from the body, and hence reduces stress hormones like cortisol which causes wait gain (rather inch gain) in the mid section of the body.
