The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use for beginners. It has all the features one would need for a virtual data room. I like that you can add custom fields to keep track of additional information about each document or case. For example, when creating an email template it was difficult to know what type of content was in each section. This could be solved by having different fields for each section of the email template. Also, sometimes the system freezes up during certain tasks. Especially when trying to move or copy files from one folder to another. We use this product to communicate with our clients and their legal teams. It helps us have a secure way to store and access documents.

- User Friendly InterfaceThe program does everything we've been told needs done! There's nothing else out there quite as good at doing such vast amounts (and types) f work products so well.
- Easy To Integrate With Outlook & GmailNot only are these great applications they're also extremely simple integration tools into Microsoft outlook AND g mail both which saves me time
