Using this product has been frustrating

The ability to have multiple users in one virtual room and having the ability to switch people back and forth between rooms without the need for any complicated software or hardware. Also being able to have multiple users in different locations all working simultaneously from their own home computers. I wish there was more flexibility when it came to assigning roles. Sometimes we want certain people to be able to see only certain things or not be allowed to do anything at all. Other times we…

Cons
  • No central UI tool bar as an example where everyone sees/uses same thing across desktops(like Microsoft Office)
  • Not compatible wth Mac OS X 10

Review VDR - Room77 Virtual Data Rooms

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use for beginners. It has all the features one would need for a virtual data room. I like that you can add custom fields to keep track of additional information about each document or case. For example, when creating an email template it was difficult to know what type of content was in each section. This could be solved by having different fields for each section of the email template. Also, sometimes the system freezes up during certain tasks.
