Review on 🎧 Alphasonik ASE300BT: Sweatproof Bluetooth Sport Headphones with Mic - IPX5 SplashProof, Ergonomic Design for Unmatched Comfort by Melanee Deal

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good sound, great price, questionable durability and manufacturer warranty. Me a little disappointed

The seller sent them quickly and it was amazing. I bought these headphones based on the reviews and they work very well. They synced well with my MacBook and Android phone. A 3.5 inch cable is good for wired security or as a backup when the battery dies. The case is a bit bulky but looks like molded foam (like an old CD case) and is pretty solid. Unfortunately I can only give them 3 stars as their one year warranty doesn't cover bad design. I first asked if they could fix a single part because they don't have a repair center or a spare part to send me. Pros: Excellent value for money. Long battery life. Wired and Bluetooth. Supplied with carry bag. devices) Disadvantages: Swivel design Warranty Like most electronic devices, they are designed for one-time use. I wore it around my neck and when I took it off I twisted the swivel the wrong way and the plastic "jammed" broke. I contacted customer service regarding this to see if they would honor the warranty as "a defective plastic part or molding, or it could be repaired". In one email I was told that they could not repair or replace the part and in another their customer service said they "cannot honor the warranty as this is considered 'physical damage' which is not covered by the warranty is covered. "I was disappointed with that because for $50 I was a little disappointed that they couldn't fix or replace the part and that I either 1) wrapped black tape around the mount or 2) threw away the first e-waste. pair and buy another set. They sound good given the value for money, but for me they start to get uncomfortable around my left ear after a few hours. (My suggestion is to take breaks between movies or long Netflix binges.) It's a good price, but it failed the guarantee. The design could be improved. But whether they're $50 or $250, all the Bluetooth headphones I've looked at are plastic, and after cleaning up Revain I'm pretty sure there isn't a "budget headphone" that does that also does be super reliable. If anyone finds it please let me know.
