In principle it is like this. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that foam does what it's supposed to and that the HEPA filter meets the criteria of the original HEPA filter. The price is right and it serves its purpose. It's just the inside of a vacuum cleaner, it's not like you're buying a designer souvenir closet, it's just a phone filter with a HEPA filter.
