I liked how easy it is when looking at our current team structure that there are many different options available with this software such as cross-departmental hiring or even allowing users their own profiles etc which can be accessed by other departments across my business! The cost of each new candidate could also get expensive so great if its just 1 person but then not ideal either - would like more information about what kind/size companies they have access too from within one portal? Also we cant see who has viewed us externally via LinkedIn profile view however i heard recently thats coming in an update soonish?! Would love them all though (the above)! Recruitment process was made easier now everyone's inputting CV details into ONE system rather than having multiple systems / databases being used separately!!
