I love that it is so easy with this software! It's not just good at finding talent but also great in helping me find candidates who fit my needs perfectly (I am hiring!). I like that it allows me to search by qualifications as well and see who is available in my area of expertise as well their skillset/experience as they have posted them with different platforms. Sometimes its tough to find something specific if there isn't too many results. It can be difficult sometimes when browsing through certain jobs to determine how qualified these candidates are since most employers want experienced talent but don't always realize what experience means. The ability of being able find candidates who are qualified in certain skills that I am looking is great! It's also easy enough where my employees can use it too without getting technical training from our IT department or hiring manager which helps with cost savings as well since they don't have any additional costs needed beyond what we already had by using this software (not much). I liked how easy it is when looking at our current team structure that there are many different options available with this software such as cross-departmental hiring or even allowing users their own profiles etc which can be accessed by other departments across my business! The cost of each new candidate could also get expensive so great if its just 1 person but then not ideal either - would like more information about what kind/size companies they have access too from within one portal?
