Updated 09/06/2021 — The Z Fold 3 is equipped with a 4400 mAh lithium polymer battery with 11 W wireless charging . Note that as you get closer to a full charge, the charge speed or time will increase and slow down quickly. However, I use a 30W 2-port USB power adapter with this charger. It is designed for a maximum power of 12W. From 65% charge it took 7 minutes to reach 70%, 32 minutes to reach 80% and reach 100%? It took 1 hour 15 minutes. I've had several wireless chargers in the past with disappointing results. Anyway, wanted to try one for the recently released Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. After much reading, I decided on this model. It comes with a stand, Type-C cable, and documentation. It charges faster than many other wireless chargers. I used one of my spare USB power adapters for this as they don't come with it. Make sure you read the amps/watts on the back if using an AC adapter before plugging it in. If you take one with a lower rating, the performance of the charger will be reduced. So make sure you end up using one that puts out enough power. Like I said, I'm very happy with this charger. I wasn't sure if this would work given the Z Fold's design. However, it charges properly when folded, i.e. twice as thick and when unfolded as thick as a normal flat phone. I currently have a thin protective case on my phone which does not affect charging in any way. Also, unlike my last wireless charger, it's quiet, no annoying fan noise in the background. nice to have a long green LED on the top left of the device. When it flashes, the phone needs to be moved a little to charge. If left on, it charges the phone. Finally, both the charger and the phone never get hot and stay at room temperature to the touch. I'm really impressed with this charger, especially that it works with such an unconventional phone design. It loads well, fast and no defect or quality control problem can be found. I would order one of these again if the need arose!
