They are SUPER cute, the only thing to note is that with medium and small they will literally fit through a hole in your ear - they are SO small! So don't keep your back too tight, because if the earring lies flat on the earlobe, the piercing will eat it.
I had the smallest ones and one came out the back; I only wear studs and have no stretched piercings.
