I work as a telemarketer in a company. I talk on the phone more than 6 hours a day. I love this headset. When I ask a friend how it sounds, he says it sounds great or normal. In other words, no one can tell I'm wearing a headset. The quality is clear. The mute switch is very easy to use and the volume controls are easy to push forward or back to change what you're just hearing. Your client hears the same volume and headsets.com staff will help you set up and adjust all settings, including volume. I bought my newest headset, the Plantronics Dual Ear, from Headsets.com in 2016 and it still worked, but I decided to get a new one. I use this one with a "cube" which looks pretty cool and I also bought a blue tooth to use with my phone. It's really cool that the phone charger charges both of them. And the charger is very nice: a USB connector on one end and a charger on the other, the magnet makes the connection. I modified my DW Pro 2s with oversized Plantronics earbuds as I got used to them. I also bought 10 for backup. I found the included leatherette cases too noisy and uncomfortable. Plantronics is on the far right with a small flower in the middle. The guys at Headsets.com are great. The service doesn't get any better than what they consistently provide no matter who you speak to. I have returned after 9 years of satisfaction and will only buy from them again. I don't call anyone - why?
