I bought these stress balls for my son. He has very severe ADHD and is very uncomfortable at school due to his behavior and yelling in class. He had trouble concentrating, concentrating on a task, and listening. So I figured these stress balls would help when he's stressed or upset during school. They definitely worked. He uses them to calm down and reorient himself. They also help him release some energy when he's bored. They are very strong and durable. They come in a variety of fun colors. Great price and value.
