very easy installation after removing the cover, I'm not a mechanic, this was the first time I changed the lamps in the cabin myself. They aren't too bright like many LED lights are, which bothered me since it's a map light. I don't want something to be too bright so a passenger can't turn it on while I'm driving at night and I can't see the road. Your LED is clearly not a dim yellow so don't expect them to be dim, they just aren't overly bright like dome bulbs. Haven't used them on my license plate yet but I think you need the same brightness. It's a license plate light, not reverse, you know?
