We love it how easy is for our customers makes their appointments without having an agent present themselves at his/her place of work (office). It's very quick way thanks WebAppointment! I think that we can improve some features such as notifications when customer change her appointment date etc... but this will require development which not available yet so its impossible right now :( if you are looking something simple use web Apptentions - they got my business since i have used last year! nothing specific :) good luck with choosing between them :D keep supporting us because there were no other similar solutions out here before. Our target audience was mainly small businesses who do need support from agents. But today everyone needs solution like ours to avoid hassle and save money by using self service mode where possible. Customers benefit too because they don't nee get any phone call from me anymore asking about new booking.
