Web Apptentions is great solution and easy to use for our customers and us agents

We love it how easy is for our customers makes their appointments without having an agent present themselves at his/her place of work (office). It's very quick way thanks WebAppointment! I think that we can improve some features such as notifications when customer change her appointment date etc... but this will require development which not available yet so its impossible right now :( if you are looking something simple use web Apptentions - they got my business since i have used last year…
