But you should also be aware of size differences before you buy if relative accuracy is important to you when choosing a product for your recipes and desired servings. The one I measured by filling it to the brim and then pouring the liquid into an accurate measuring cup weighed 7.25 ounces. It's filled to the brim. Anyone reading this and like me who has a perk of putting them in the oven won't want to fill them to the brim as they will splatter if you put them on the hot oven rack (even if you put them on a pot sitting, full of water). This effectively makes it only 7 ounces. a plate containing 6 ounces of my dessert servings from my recipes. On the other hand, if you use it for ice cream or snacks, you won't mind or you can safely overfill it with a round scoop of ice cream if you want to measure without a prescription. I wish I could spot other reviews that also give four and five stars but only mentioned this sizing issue as an annoyance or disappointment. For me it was a deal breaker and I (unfortunately) had to send it back. That's why my title is in CAPITAL LETTERS. So if you need the right recipe portion and the right amount of dishes for the oven and cupboard, you should buy a larger set.
