Was very pleased with the prompt arrival of my Samsung wall mount. I just bought a Samsung UN55C8000 LED 3D TV and thought it would be a perfect match. I installed the bracket and hung the TV (which accidentally slipped off one of the circles but was held in place by the other). I think this is definitely a case where FORM is more important than FUNCTION. The mount looks great and when I hung the TV on the wall it was closer than some of the pictures I hung - amazing! But when I tried to pull it out from the bottom and snap the "stand" into place so I could install the patch cords, it was very unstable and slipped out of a circle again. I love plugging USB sticks into my TV for pictures etc. And the thought of having to use this stand every time I plug in a flash drive terrified me. I believe the circles should be designed so that the well holding the string is deeper so even if you pull it forward it won't fall down unless you move it up a lot. I ended up reluctantly buying an IC Chief wall mount, 1) and the TV is sooooo much more secure, even when placed in "standing mode" it consists of four hooks that hook onto the bars and the bottom ones are released when stepping forward in stand mode by pulling two simple cords from the back. It's very different from the Samsung wall mounts, it actually looks like it's floating more and it has a lot more room on the back which helps with ventilation!
