I bought this case after another case didn't work for my iPad (the previous one didn't fit a pencil but this one did!). Now I can't even imagine not having this case! The secure pencil slot provides enough magnetic attraction between iPad and Apple Pencil so you don't have to worry about the pencil being pushed out or knocked out. I also love that it comes with hooks and a shoulder strap so I can take my iPad with me and have it handy when I want to draw, take notes, take photos, etc. without having to carry an extra bag. The case itself makes a fairly robust and durable impression. I still wouldn't drop it on hard ground or cement if I could. But I dropped it on the carpet and my iPad was fine. And it fell out of the trunk of my bike while riding across town (although that case not only held my iPad, it also had a soft case on it and it was in a book bag too). The charging port is also easily accessible, but the lid starts to crack after decent use (it's soft silicone). The rear kickstand has a fixed angle, but works in most cases without letting go of too much of it. glare. I prefer to use the hand slot - it's Velcro adjustable and comfortable, and my iPad feels secure in my hand whether I'm walking around with it or lying in bed holding it over me. In general I love this business. Sturdy, plus pale pink, such a cute color that takes it to the next level compared to other iPad cases.
