I converted a panel van into a motorhome and bought it because of the conveniently located charging port. My panel is a bit complex with fuses, switches, common ground etc. Everything in the van worked great except for this charge connector. I tried all sorts of ways to make sure I had the correct wiring but couldn't find any errors, but I assumed it must be due to the complexity. Eventually I gave up trying to fix the problem and used the van for two years with no regard for this particular problem. Recently I decided to try again to solve this problem. Eventually I tried bypassing the on/off switch by plugging the power adapter directly into the charger and luckily found that it wasn't my wiring that was faulty, the charger itself wasn't working. Rightfully I should get a refund or a free replacement. free if i could return this unused unit but.
