After 2-5 minutes the toilet looked like new! I was really shocked that it was so easy. After cleaning with a pumice stone and our usual toilet cleaner, the toilet literally shone! We've tried everything on the market that claims to work with hard water/scale. We even tried muriatic acid! Yes, the pumice had a consistently positive effect.
