Love this strap, it's a bit of an agony to get it the right size but it comes with the necessary tools and is well worth the effort. I have many Versa straps and this is by far my favorite. I've only had it a few days but I wear it to work and the gym and get compliments on it. My metal mesh belts usually wear out quickly on a magnet. A few visits to the gym will do the trick. The leather strap must not get wet. This one seems to be the most comfortable, dressy enough, and casual enough. If it wears out quickly or appears to be slightly damaged I will change my review but for now I am very satisfied and am planning to see if it is available in other colors.
