yes it is velcro for sewing supplies and accessories

Works as expected I mean - it's velcro. I use it to glue patches to my bag, I glue the patches to the rough side and then cut them out when the glue dries. My bag has a panel on the "loops" side so they stick there and I can rearrange them. Due to the nature of the fabric, superglue takes a while to dry and some of it leaked, but none of it. there was a problem. It works great for what I ordered it for.
