Want terrible sound quality and useless bass? Buy it!

I really wanted to like this headset. I just can not. As a music lover, I can be a snob when it comes to sound quality. This headset is just completely untrue. For the price of 200โ‚ฌ I expected a lot more for my money. PROS1. solid headset, good build quality.2. fits well, decent clamping pressure.3. comfortable to wear for hours.4. The haptic feedback is fun but not really useful. CONS1. Very bad sound quality at high volume. It looks like I'm listening to music underwater. Even after tweaking the sound with the equalizer, use several different presets and even create your own custom presets.2. Absolutely no floors. Don't let the headset's tactile touch trick fool you. These headphones cannot reproduce low frequencies to save their lives. Once you turn off the tactile sensations, the bass sounds distorted and muddy. For $200, I expect Razor to put some decent drivers (speakers) in its headset. Headphones don't hold a charge. This is a known issue in the shaving community. I left them plugged in overnight with the recommended USB cable that came with the headset and when I woke up the battery was only 50% charged. The recommended solution is to first disable the haptics and then plug them in to charge. The "tactile" function drains the battery faster than it can be charged. SHAVING TIP if you're reading this. Please invest additional capital in sound engineering and product development. I understand this is a gaming headset and not necessarily an audio enthusiast headset, but your premium price point should satisfy both markets. If I were to buy this headset again just for the gaming aspect, I wouldn't pay a penny more than $89.99 (unless you fix the charging issue). Good luck Razor and I hope you release the best successor to this line. By the way, I love your mice and keyboards, keep up the good work.
