Believe it or not, this entry-level 10100 processor is only 13% cheaper than its flagship 10:900 processor. At just over $120, this thing is a screamer. In my opinion, Hyper-Threading made a huge difference in this series. This thing seems to keep up with my 9600k, at least until I overclock it. I bought it for the time being as the other new Intels were too expensive or not available now. I use it with the new MSFS 2020 and get good FPS at 4K on high settings, amazing even with a GTX 1070! The idle temperature is 28 degrees Celsius and never rises above 40 degrees Celsius under load with the 240mm AIO. Definitely the best deal in the range!
