Very easy assembly, speaks for itself as there are few parts. Silver plastic cover to hide the welds so make sure you don't miss this as you can't take it apart to add it. The seat cushion is stiffer but I hope it breaks down over time. As other users have said it won't be strong if you put the chair at its max height but considering I'm 5ft 3in I don't need it that high. I'm a mobile beautician and it's pretty easy to carry, I wish it could be disassembled. for easy transportation but for the price i got it and did great.
