The jacket is warm and comfortable but not too bulky. I usually wear a size L in a coat and this one fits with enough room. The length goes to the bottom of the thigh (I'm 5ft 7in) and the zipper is reversible and can be adjusted for the fit if needed. I washed it in the washing machine on normal cycle and dried it on medium heat and it came out perfect. Very happy with this purchase!
