Review on πŸ” 14" Trio Portable Monitor with Height Adjustment - Compatible with Laptops, 1920X1080P, 60Hz by Edwin Canela

loose screens. Hot and cold customer service. But they recovered.

I am correcting this review again (3/31/21). Mobile Pixels got it right. After finally getting in touch with a customer service rep (Evie) she explained that previous emails were buried in a pile and apologized for not replying sooner. She then sent a gift card for the remainder of Revain's restocking fee, leaving me with no money for the transaction and refund. I appreciate it very much. Thank you Evie! I would recommend small screens. Large ones are too heavy for plastic lids. The screens worked electronically and I was so hoping they would work better as they offer some flexibility and portability. (3-15-21) I am correcting my previous review. connected to my computer with no problems. but they sag more than 1/2 inch and don't stay upright. which was very annoying. In the beginning, people from Parliament helped me a lot. They sent me replacement covers for installation which didn't help. Then they sent new screens, which of course have the same design flaw of sagging. As soon as I requested a refund for sagging, they fell silent. I am returning the screens to Revain and am really dissatisfied with the whole experience as I now have to pay a restocking fee to Revain. Although I have worked in good faith with the company to resolve the issue. Screens would have been better, but larger screens were recommended for my 17" laptop. I don't recommend these screens unless you're worried about them hanging off the ends of your laptop.
