I just received this case today. There were a few starting issues, but overall not too bad. The instruction drawing included really helps - I found you just have to pay attention haha. The case is beautiful and feels very sturdy. I'm a little concerned that my screen will feel more "stunning" than my previous minimalistic, grippy case, but after flipping the phone over and turning it upside down, I can see that the top and bottom are lifted to reveal to hold the screen. from the surface. I'm not sure how much protection this offers in the event of a hard drop/drop, but that's why I also have a screen protector. My current screen protector shattered in a corner because my husband slapped my phone out of my hand (I think he did the job!) so I'm waiting for a new one. I still have the old one and it seems to fit the case well enough. I usually throw my phone in my purse and then lose it in this black abyss, so hopefully that helps me find it easier. I don't use the included belt clip as it's very bulky and not my style. I noticed a review that said the case is slippery and the phone slides on the surface. I could see where that might be true, especially compared to the grippier little "glove" case I've had since July. So this is what you need to know. I once accidentally left my previous phone on the roof of my van and drove about a mile - thanks to the bag I had at the time it stayed in place. This one I think will slip. So advice to the wise - don't leave it on the roof of your car! Aesthetically it's beautiful. The pink tones are nice and vibrant, although the back showing the inlays or any image you might want to put in this space is a bit muted as the back of the case is matte and not fully see-through. 4 star rating for potential slip problem. and because I'm not sure if my screen is fully protected if I drop it. And I'm not testing this aspect to see how it works! ;-)
