This is a good blender for me and my daughter because we are TOTAL smoothie/protein shake fans. It mixes almost EVERYTHING and is SUPER strong. I mix frozen bananas, ice cream and blueberries and he grinds them up without softening the frozen fruit first. Many blenders fail! The smoothie was very smooth! It's a lot easier than grinding everything before mixing. The jug can withstand a lot! Hooray! This thing makes a shake in literally seconds!
