Meh, they're ok, not great.

You get what you pay for. Some of these reviews seem to have expected ball bearing pivots. They are made of stamped sheet metal about half a millimeter thick. The set comes with countersunk screws, although the metal is flat so you'll need to find Tacoma screws or #6 round or flat head fasteners at your dealer. Use your vise to handle it.
