I've used this product quite a bit since I received it. It does exactly what I need, but I would like a little more depth of sound. I get a decent recording with the 0dB setting, but it requires you to be fairly on the mic. +20 collects a lot more sound, but requires a lot of fine-tuning in post-processing. Can't complain too much though as the rest of the setup was great. I was afraid that the tripod and camera mount would be of poor quality but I got way more than what I paid for. I would recommend it as a starter kit to anyone who wants to try their hand at vlogging or needs extra mic power for their phone.
