Apart from a few air cooled NAS boxes, all my desktops and servers have used an all in one cooling system for the past 7 years. This was partly due to the newness of water cooling, the increasing heat demands of my equipment, and air coolers that were oversized and overpriced. It's still big (most of the time it fits), but the price is very fair. Some AIO coolers can be bought for twice the price, but it's still a good stock and few air coolers at this price even work well. This went into an old Haswell "Devil's Canyon" board with a powerful 22nm processor and overclocking. The old cooler was an AIO and keeps the temperature under control with a very quiet fan speed (it runs 5 degrees hotter and heats up faster than the AIO). As an added bonus, the board and its components are slower than the AIO. Recommended for 99% CPU usage.
