I have used this selfie stick for meetings, photos, videos and even for watching my shows and movies. This selfie stick folds almost completely to fit in my purse. Even with my small backpack bag it fits in without taking up space with anything else I stuff in that small bag. This selfie stick fits almost all cellphone sizes. My dad has an iPhone 12 pro max with a plain case. We were able to easily fit this phone into this selfie stick. I have a smaller phone with a bulky body and it fits this selfie stick. If you use it as a tripod it's very durable as long as you keep it on a fairly stable surface. I didn't say "flat" because we could shoot on surfaces that weren't very flat and it still worked. You can rotate it to a vertical or horizontal position just by rotating the phone holder. If you don't pull the stick out all the way, the length of the selfie stick with the phone is about 12 inches. When it's fully extended, whether the bottom of the tripod is open or not, it's nearly 40 inches with the phone. The remote control is really easy to use as you just connect it to your device via bluetooth.
