Strict but clumsy.
Bought this watch band to have a non-metallic watch band and to wear the carbon watch case to work through a metal detector. However, it took over half an hour to compress the springs to attach the watch to the bracelet. It sits too high on my wrist. The back of my watch should be half an inch above my wrist.
