It is very easy to use, you can create your own list of questions that are customized for each account or opportunity with ease! You're able to see all notes associated with an opp in one place which makes it easier than ever before when creating new opportunities from scratch! The ability to export data into other applications (like Excel) would be nice but I don't think this feature exists yet? We have been using Quitsnap since we first launched our CRM system back around 2013-2014 time frame.
Prior to quitting snap blue was hard to track customer activity and what they were doing within salesforce itself as well as their activities outside of sales force such as social media handles etc.. Now after implementing quitsnaps i am easily tracking everything down without having to go through multiple different tabs/apps. With quit snaps being so customizable its great because now if someone has any information regarding my client's needs then he knows exactly where to find them.
