Excellent Platform For Incident Detection & Response

The interface of I365 makes it very easy to learn how everything works in real time for an incident response; this lets you know when something needs your attention right away so that remediation can occur as soon as possible! It takes some getting used too but once use becomes second nature it really does make working with the platform easier than other platforms we've worked with before. There are no downsides at all from my point of view. If anything there should be more features added like user management/monitoring which was not available within i365 initially. We're able to quickly resolve any incidents that arise using only the tools provided through their dashboard. Additionally having access to all logs gives us insight into potential issues or attacks being made without needing additional support staff (which would have been necessary if another solution had been utilized). This has allowed us to reduce overall cost incurred from previous methods while maintaining high level customer satisfaction and availability levels.
