My knees are a disaster. I have arthritis on both occasions and a few years ago I tore a patellar tendon. As a result of the surgery, a large growth of scar tissue (bone drilling) formed on the inside of my knee. For this reason, neoprene braces are not suitable, and a custom brace costs $1,000 or more. Well it helps. It keeps my knee stable and fits well without a big cost. It's lightweight, comfortable, comes with extra padding so you can personalize it, and a sleeve to wear underneath makes it even more comfortable. I plan on getting at least one more just in case something happens to this one.
