All the details on card A are too thick. When I put the tabs in the holes, the top layer of laminate peeled off. Back when the laminate was clumping at the bottom of the cavity, the pieces couldn't fit together completely. I removed this "extra" and it worked. Which I did after realizing I took my fingernail and peeled off the top layer of laminate on the tongues before putting it all back together. After that everything went fine. There was a G13 part where the laser didn't even cut a notch for the tab on the other part. I'm stuck at step 5. I used a razor blade to carve a notch in the piece, which seems to work. After using most of the A pieces, it's much better the rest of the cards are the right thickness. I love collecting jigsaw puzzles like this, but I don't think I'll buy another one from this manufacturer.
