I use for accident protection.
These are easy to put on and comfortable when on. After some time, they do have a tendency to slide, but this is a minor problem. I adjust them to the correct position when I fasten the seatbelt.I have them on both front seats as the belt crosses my carotid artery. In an accident I HOPE the pads will help. My sister had a bad accident, and the belt damaged the artery in her left groin, requiring a stent. So I adjust the pads for the carotid and groin positions.
