Party supplies worth every penny
I was very nervous I would ruin everything after blowing up all the balloons. (Buy a hand pump for $5!). I had no rhyme or reason for the order in which the balloons were attached and I think it came out amazing. In fact, it turned out so well I gave it to a friend (a week later!) who reused it for her son's party. It took me 40 minutes to inflate and attach the balloons, I watched TV and took my time. I loved the project so much that I'm making 2 balloon arches for my son's upcoming birthday.
