Review on 🌡️ Enhance Your Comfort with the Sensibo Conditioner Controller Thermometer Temperature by Ross Decoteau

I bought this Sesnsibo hoping it would remotely control my DeLonghi Penguino heat pump as advertised. Since both the product and the competitor's product, Ceilo Breeze, were listed as free returns, I bought both to compare. While Ceilo takes minutes to set up, I spent hours setting up this Sensibo product and it never paired with my device. . While Ceilo offered helpful and prompt customer support over the phone with a technician who understood the product and was able to communicate with the unit remotely (it turns out my heat pump remote doesn't have a screen, this is a one-way signal to the unit, which is why such remotes are a bit more limited than when programmed as replacements for bi-directional remotes and require syncing from time to time), Sensibo's customer service has been terrible. They only offer email support and have responded with unresponsive and condescending replies for over 24 hours every time. (Like telling me to keep trying or that my remote must be the problem.) Sensibo should pay me for wasted time - their product definitely doesn't work as advertised.
