i have been looking for these wraps for years. i bought my original luggage handle neoprene wraps by american tourister years ago and never found it again. the thing i love about these wraps is that they have a inner velcro wrap that can be attached to one strap and another connected outer neoprene wrap that can wrap around the second strap thus holding both together. when you need to separate the two straps, you just release the velcroed outer neoprene wrap and because there is still the inner velcroed wrap, the wrap will not fall off the strap and get lost. i use it whenever i need two straps on a bag to be held together or when any shoulder strap needs cushioning or to easily id my bag. they come in 4 sets of two black, red; neon green and neon orange. i use it on the straps on crossbody bags, totes, casual handbags, water bottle holders, briefcases, luggage, etc. note that these wraps fit 1.5-2" wide straps if you use the inner wrap, maybe 3" is you use only the outer neoprene wrap only. best used on flat straps - won't fit on thick wide handles. oh yeah, they are also washable. i love these wraps and will probably by a couple more in case they never come back again.
